Where possible we source our ingredients from Ayrshire and Arran's wonderful larder. Our brigade of chef's work closely with local producers to identify the finest fresh Scottish fayre and present it to you in a wide array of mouthwatering creations including the finest Scottish beef from Tarelgin Farm and delicious local cheeses from the Isle or Arran to name but a few.
A menu for all tastes ranging from our traditional and well loved Gailes favourites to our speciality dishes which include freshly landed fish and crustacean from our local harbour.
