Festive Terms 2026
- All prices listed are inclusive of VAT. In the event that the VAT rate changes between booking and date of event, we reserve the right to alter the prices accordingly.
- All menus correct at time of printing, but subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
- SimpsInns are not liable due to adverse weather conditions. In the event of the guest cancelling their booking due to adverse weather conditions, no refund or transfer of amount will be made.
- Cancellations are not permitted after full payment has been made. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation prior to full payment being made. Tickets are not transferable.
- Accommodation, booked direct with SimpsInns, includes complimentary use of leisure suite and thermal suite at Gailes Golf:Leisure. This can be booked upon check-in and is subject to availability.
Christmas Day Dinner/Carvery and Hogmanay Gala Dinner T&Cs
- All bookings will be treated as provisional and will be held for no more than 14 days, pending a non-refundable deposit of £10 per person.
- Full pre-payment is required by October, 31st for Christmas Day, Christmas Day Carvery and Hogmanay Gala Dinner, and for bookings of 12 or more guests.
- Cancellations are not permitted after full payment has been made. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation prior to full payment being made.
