Fantastic experiences so relaxing lovely room with lots of space spa and gorgeous food would definitely be back and recommend to friends family we are definitely going to book again we when down to the beach which is 5 mins away that we really enjoy watching the sunset
Loved the spa! The facilities and the food/drinks were all 10/10. Staff were all super friendly. We had the Rasul treatment was perfect, from start to finish. The outside are was a highlight. I will be recommending the spa to all my friends. Thank you

Great day and great company. The afternoon tea was excellent there was a good variety and enough for all. The staff were very welcoming, I would really recommend this package, it was only £55
Staff were all so welcoming and helpful, we stayed in the Arran Suite which was so spacious with lovely views. Had an excellent time in the spa thermal suite and treatment from Helen who was so kind and made it such a relaxing experience. The 2 course meal and breakfast were also great quality. Would definitely recommend!
Absolutely perfect. Will definitely be coming back. Positioning of the location is second to none considering I came here to play golf you are literally on the door step to many courses so no wasting time travelling & added bonus its got its own driving range. The food & drink is all reasonably priced & the decor is lovely & beautiful gardens & water features.
Great Experience – 1st class treatments.
We received a nice welcome entering the spa. It is evident that the team have been very well trained and are very helpful and friendly. Alyson, our therapist is 1st class and shows real concern and empathy. I always come out feeling a 100% improvement.
Si Spa is one of thee best spa days I have had, so good in fact I have been a number of times without trying anywhere else. The staff are amazing, friendly and attentive at all times. The facilities are never anything but perfect. The treatment rooms and treatments themselves…woooaww! And the afternoon tea or spa lunches that I have had afterwards are always fantastic! If you’re looking for total relaxation in top notch facilities then this is you’re place. Considering the service, facilities and treatments, the prices are quite reasonable in my opinion!
Great service
Meal was fab! Can’t fault the full service and the meal! Toilets were clean too. Staff were very polite, done everything they hey could. They were great with my little girl! Steak pie was 12/10!! And just want to thank you all for a lovely experience for our anniversary dinner😊
We had a great experience at the Gailles hotel. Myself and partner got a package which included the spa, overnight, dinner and breakfast. The staff were all extremely friendly and we would come back again.
My friend and I went for a spa afternoon. Wonderful experience from start to finish. All the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Treatments were excellent. Lite bite was delicious. Spa area is a lovely relaxing space. Looking forward to a return visit. Highly recommended.
This is a beautiful hotel, spa and golf course situated in Irvine, Ayrshire. We travelled there for a Spa day we had received as a gift and it was an excellent day all round. Access to the spa area with a 50 minute treatment plus we also had dinner at the attached restaurant. The resort itself on the day was busy but the staff’s professionalism and welcoming made it a lovely day. I’d highly recommend booking this venue for any type of occasion as it delivered a brilliant experience and would definitely return again.
