Celebrate the festive season in style with our unforgettable Party Nights, the ultimate way to gather with family, friends, or colleagues. Kick off the evening with a complimentary glass of bubbly upon arrival before enjoying a delicious festive three-course meal. As the night unfolds, let our resident DJ keep you dancing and entertained with a fantastic mix of tunes. Party nights at The Gailes start at 7pm and end at 1am.

Terms & Conditions
Festive Terms 2026
- All prices listed are inclusive of VAT. In the event that the VAT rate changes between booking and date of event, we reserve the right to alter the prices accordingly.
- All menus correct at time of printing, but subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
- SimpsInns are not liable due to adverse weather conditions. In the event of the guest cancelling their booking due to adverse weather conditions, no refund or transfer of amount will be made.
- Cancellations are not permitted after full payment has been made. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation prior to full payment being made. Tickets are not transferable.
- Accommodation, booked direct with SimpsInns, includes complimentary use of leisure suite and thermal suite at Gailes Golf:Leisure. This can be booked upon check-in and is subject to availability.
Christmas Party Night T&Cs
- £10 per person deposit paid at time of booking. Remaining payment is required by 31st October. Please contact us on 01294 204040 to pay remaining balances.
- Any bookings made after 31st October will require full payment at time of booking.
- Cancellations are not permitted after full payment has been made. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation prior to full payment being made.
- Table sizes may vary according to the total number attending the function. We therefore cannot guarantee specific seating arrangements.
- We reserve the right to search personal belongings on arrival. Any guest bringing in their own alcohol onto the premises will be refused entry.
- Photographs and video may be taken at during our Christmas Party Nights, on booking, you grant SimpsInns permission to use these images as required on social media and online on our company websites.
- Any accommodation booked using the party night promo code applies to Bed & Breakfast rate only. Discount applies only to accommodation booked on the same evening as the party night.
- Party night times: 7pm until 1am
